The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.

In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must not be used or damaged.
2. The product must be returned with the original box and any accessories inside.
3. The return form must be inside the package

In case of violation of the conditions the return will be refused.

Write us an email via the Support portal:

1. Enter your name and email.
2. Select the "return request" item.
3. Enter the order number you wish to return.
4. Please specify any additional information in your message.
   

You will receive an email containing the return form and a shipping label to return the product to us.

Follow these simple instructions to package and ship your return items back to us:

1. Pack the product to be returned. If possible, use the FISHEM box in which you received the product.
2. Insert the return form into the box.
3. Close and seal the box properly.
4. Print and attach the shipping label received by email to the outside of the box using tape.

Once the return validation procedure is complete, the full amount paid will be credited back to the payment method used within 10 working days. The refund does not include shipping costs.

The entire amount to be refunded will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 working days from the date of validation of the return. The refund does not include shipping costs.

In case of orders placed with the payment method "cash on delivery" the refund will be made by bank transfer. The customer will have to provide the payment details to FISHEM assistance via email.
