The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.

In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must not be used or damaged.
2. The product must be returned with the original box and any accessories inside.
3. The return form must be inside the package

In case of violation of the conditions the return will be refused.

For each approved return, there is a fixed fee of €14.99, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. We do not apply any additional restocking fees.

Follow these simple instructions to package and ship your return items back to us:

1. Pack the product to be returned. If possible, use the FISHEM box in which you received the product.
2. Insert the return form into the box.
3. Close and seal the box properly.
4. Print and attach the shipping label received by email to the outside of the box using tape.

Once the return validation procedure is complete, the full amount paid will be credited back to the payment method used within 10 working days. The refund does not include shipping costs.
