Below are the General Conditions of Sale between those who purchase on our site henceforth referred to as "CUSTOMER", and the company FISHEM DI ASUNI ALESSANDRO &C SNC, with registered office in Via della Repubblica, 23, Pedaso, Fermo (FM ), Italy (IT), VAT number: 02506420443, called "SELLER". The conditions govern the relationship between us and consumers.

ART 1 PURCHASE METHOD

The fishem.it purchase is possible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To make your purchase online you must follow the following procedures:

  • choose the item and select the size.

  • add to cart.

  • choose: whether to continue my purchases or confirm my cart.

  • select the country for shipping.

  • choose your payment method.

  • check the detailed summary before final confirmation of your order.

Once payment is complete, your order will be given a tracking number. Subsequently, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided

ART 2 ORDER PROCESSING

Once the order has been received and the anti-fraud assessment has been carried out, the seller will process the order. This phase has a variable duration depending on the immediate availability of the product in the warehouse.

In the event that the product is not immediately available, the seller undertakes to find and authenticate the aforementioned product in a time that does not exceed 12 working days from the date of the order, barring serious unforeseen circumstances (Communicated via email exclusively via the address info@fishem.it).

If the product is immediately available in stock (and authenticated), the seller undertakes to ship the ordered item within 2 working days from the order date.

If the customer places an order containing one or more products with immediate availability AND one or more products with non-immediate availability, the processing times will be those specified for products not immediately available in stock. However, the customer can request the execution of separate shipments via email.


If the customer requests a refund, this will be carried out within 14 days starting from the day of confirmation by the customer that he wishes to take advantage of the right of withdrawal.

ART. 3 - CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (CUSTOM)

Personalized items (Custom) are customizations of existing (authentic) models and are made on request.

The seller reserves up to a maximum of 20 working days from receipt of the customer for processing orders containing personalized products (Custom).
