Refund policy

Once the product is received, you have 14 days to return it and request a refund.

Write us an email through the Help portal:

• Enter your name and email.
• Select the return request option.
• Enter the order number of the product you want to return.
• Specify any additional information in the message.

You will receive an email containing the return form and a shipping label to return the product to us.

In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be respected:

• The product must not be used or damaged.

• The product must be returned with the original box and any accessories inside.

• The return form must be included inside the package.

If the conditions are violated, the return will be rejected.

At the end of the return validation procedure, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used.
