Refund policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from delivery of the product.

To start a return request, access your customer account through the link available on our store: Customer Area.

After logging in with the email used for your order, you will be able to view your purchases, select the relevant order, and submit your return request directly online.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive all the necessary instructions to complete the return of the product.

For each approved return, a fixed fee of €14.99 will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. No additional restocking fees are applied.

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must not be used or damaged;
  2. The product must be returned with the original packaging and any included accessories;
  3. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 10 working days using the original payment method, minus the return fee.

For orders paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide your bank details to our customer service.

The return request must be submitted directly through the self-service procedure available in the customer area. Our customer service remains available in case of support needs.
